I don't understand.

Can you tell when people is thinking about you from a distance? Let's say someone is thinking about you but you're not thinking about them, or even trying to think about them, ignoring the thought of them...is your body then able to have physical sensations like maybe a pit in your stomach? Because lately, it feels like maybe my ex girlfriend (who I know used to be obsessed with me when we were younger) is thinking about me. I can't get her out of my head. When I ignore the thought of her, this pit in my stomach happens. But when I do entertain the thought of her, I hear her voice talking to me. It's not clear but it's audible. I feel like it's telepathy. She talks soooooo f*cking much in person, I don't understand how someone can let themselves talk excessively like that. I even counted the longest she'd be quiet and that was 10 seconds (*****). Anyway, her voice in my heads is likened to her voice in person, always talking for no reason. I posted in another forum about it this girl experiences the same thing, her ex-boyfriend broadcasting to her all the time. I'm trying to get over her and I'm pretty damn sure I am but feel like this is her way of staying relevant in my mind, it's sick!

These things do happen. I see it as telepathy.

What typically happens is that the person doing thought briadcasting will find a new love interest to obsess over. Then her thoughts and emotions will not be directed at you.

Yeah, hopefully she will because I'm getting major headaches and uncomfortable body sensations. The more I ignore her, the more I this uncomfortable feeling. But when I do give her attention I get a headache plus an aching body. This is getting really ridiculous. I honestly thought it used to be me but I'm well aware that it's her now. I've no feelings of attraction whatsoever.

A trick I learned is to sing songs I know all the words to in my head. Row Row Row your boat is the easiest. Just sing it over and over in your head until you find yourself thinking about something else. It is a way to keep your thoughts to yourself when you are around people you know are telepathic too. If nothing else, it jumps your mind off that self destructive merry go round until you can get strong enough in yourself to block people like that.
