you send this person thought - forms
if you obsess over the person, he/she feels subconsciously that and wants to avoid you at all costs
if you send loving thoughts WITHOUT attachment, that person understands this and have a positive attitude with you

Having been the object of obsession too often, I can say that it creates a feeling of pressure and unease if you aren't aware where it is coming from. If you are aware, it is even worse kind of a feeling of being pursued and it is quite unpleasant if it is someone who you don't want relationship with. Now mutual positive obsession - the first phase of romantic love - uses the same forces but because it is mutual and welcome it builds in an ecstatic intensity. I do think that random obsession - like a fan for a movie star - probably doesn't affect the movie star as much because there is no personal connection existing so the obsessive thought energy while certainly not good, can't get "in" and is filtered more in the same way any random external energy would be. To me the real proof in this is think of political leaders who have been intensely hated - why didn't they drop dead on the spot or be unable to function? That they didn't is proof that intense focus alone is not enough.

or maybe so many people think of them and that is why so many of them turn to drugs and booze. or why the political leaders always have a frown on their face or an uneasy look on their face...and possible they do drugs and drink a lot. just a thought. I think that every thought plays it toll on others, but they may not know why they are having feelings or what causes it.

Is it just wishful thinking or is there some bizzare way that they know or can sense it? Even if they're not spiritual-minded? To be honest I just can't get over the fact I can basically think about someone all the time and them not know. It's just crazy.

violetlines - I know sometimes it feels like when we are constantly thinking about a person we tell ourselves, I have anyway, that they can pick up on what is being thought of them and are thinking of us back. But, even though I have no evidence, I tend to think that the majority of the time, if not even all the time, one person can be obsessed with someone while the other doesn't even give that person a thought. It's kind of like going out in public and thinking all eyes are watching us and judging us, when in actuality, they are wondering how many people are observing them and don't give others a glance at all.

If you are thinking about a person all the time, maybe it's a clue from the universe that you should ask this person out on a date.
