Exclamation How often do you repeat affirmations?

..until your brain totally believes it, without a doubt. Your core belief has changed. Like I want to be able to change my core beliefs, but how long does it take? How often a day should I say to myself or write certain beliefs? Just some general ideas, but I would love/appreciate advice :)

"I love myself fully and completely"

"My skin is healing" (I want to stop skin picking)

"I do not skin pick"

"I love my skin"

"I deserve the best"

"I did what I could from my past and what I knew then"

"I am healing"

"I am happy"

"I enjoy each moment of the day"

"My body is healthy"

"I am my best friend"

"I have many friends"

"I have a loving family"

Just wonder what should I do if that lovely thing called doubt creeps up or that thought that says "That's such a lie".

The thing is to listen to the bad thought and face it, and you will find it is a bad habit, not really true, its not really you. I can see you are trying replace the bad habit with positive affirmations which will make your mind better. Perhaps try every time a bad thought arises automatically repeat a good thought to counter it. Get in this good habit. The mind is a creature of habit, what it does one day it expects to do the next day. Its a matter of having the courage to face it and break the habit. In time the bad thoughts will become less and less. Especially when you learn not to react to them / get upset when they arise. From my experience I must say God or whatever you believe in sends challenges in life to you to cope with to make you stronger. I pray that God will send you help.

Try to let them come naturally to the given situation,change them up a bit and let them show you what you need to know .I love affirmations and say them from when I wake to bed, I like;
I now choose to enjoy this moment;
I am loving ,lovely and lovable!
I Love and accept myself just the way I am
I AM
;Asking your God /Spirit etc for guidance helps also .Just remember to give your mind some empty time as well and ask for healing from The Great Spirit of All Things. Love Deepsoul
