Mhm, I can see that.

But, what is science in reality ? How did it come into existence.. and now that it is living, can we call its existence unnatural ? We can perhaps say that it is dependent on intelligent beings in order to exist , it is dependent and not a living thing independent of other beings. But then again, isnt everything dependent on something else?
Now one can go on to say yes, but the natural things are dependent on nature, not us. But arent we a part of nature ?

I am just suggesting, and enquiring here..

I wouldnt call science unnatural but some of the things science can cause/make/create are unnatural......if that makes sense. Science is an evolotion of our minds but i think some of the things that could result from science could be unnatural....

Everything is dependant on something else. Science is dependant on intellegence however just because there is a lack of intellegence does not mean that science doesnt exist...well what we know abot such as cells and biology etc would still exist just not science (am i getting my point across here ?! haha).

Nature isnt dependant on humans....it was here long before us and will be here long after us (if we havent destroyed it by then). HOwever we are dependant on nature. We need trees for oxygen, and even without humans there would be animals so the tree would depend on them for the carbon dioxide they need. Humans are dependant on each other as well as nature. With science we can now make things without the aid of nature.

I dont think i have made sense here so if i havent ask questions and i will try and make more sense.

Yes, I agree with the notion that some of the things resulting from science can seem unnatural. From the stand-point of looking at ourself as just earthlings(which we indeed are) and not also as beings of the universe.. if we then start to look at what is natural in the depths of space, i think whatever we come up with seems, well.. small a insignificant. Though off course it isnt, for us and the beings we share this planet with. But just a thought.

Off course cells and so on would still exist, but the term, and as an idea and philosophy science would cease to be if intelligent beings would cease to be.

Off course, nature is not dependent of us. I hope i didnt say that, what i meant was that we are a PRODUCT of nature, and thus, we are natural.

We can not do anything without the aid of nature i would say, we couldnt breath, we couldnt drink water, and so on.. :p

Lostgirl, I hope I havent offended you in any way. Im aware that i can seem a bit evasive now, and its on purpose. But not with any bad intention. Just the urge to brainstorm.
