Sensations in chakras
I've started to feel sensations in different chakra areas as I visualise them during meditation. This started quite suddenly the other day when my heart chakra began to vibrate, and then on a different occasion my solar plexus suddenly jolted (can't think of a better word) and I saw yellow light behind my closed eyes without even needing to visualise it. Now I can feel each chakra respond in some way as I move through them - today my throat felt a bit constricted as I visualised blue.
It's funny as I used to do chakra meditations in the past but never experienced any sort of sensations directly in the chakras. The only exception was when I used reiki in a particular place. I'm guessing this new development is a pretty good sign that I'm doing something right?  |
