So although the inanimate matter of which the living organism consists obeys the laws of physics, it's movement through space does not conform to any geodesic path as predicted by the law of gravity alone. And it is because it does not conform to the laws of gravity is the reason why it emits EM radiation over time. The nucleus itself remains static in time and emits zero EM radiation.
You seem to be confusing complexity of the path of movement with 'unpredictable'. From the macro level a live bird tossed in the air moves in a way more complex path than a dead bird. However, the air molecules themselves are following very complex paths without any birds or bird tossers.

picky, picky. Ok, so the leg gets struck by a nearby lightening strike. The point is that the leg is moved by the electrical current ALONE. The leg does NOT respond differently whether that current originated by a basic physical process or some experimenter flipping a switch.

It may be a fact that the energy to perform any given physical action can be sourced back to energy provided by the Sun and the chain of nuclear and chemical reactions, however without the motivation of conscious free will incentive for the organism to move in 3D space independently of any external force, the organism would not move independently at all.
'Lower' animals seem to simply respond to external stimuli like chemicals and light. Perhaps in 'higher' animals consciousness is one of the initiators of movement. However, that movement still only occurs due to simple processes.
no sugar coating here, I tell it straight as I see it
