As was the case with me at least, you should be able to feel them energetically, and they commune most often telepathically. Crossing their thoughts with your own.
They have the power to influence thoughts in a positive way. They can work with our intuition and influence emotions also.

Have you asked the name of your guide/guides?

Higher guides can be known through their higher energies.

Its hard to say really.

I havent tried to contact mine but im sure i have one :) Sometimes things just happen that ive been thinking about. I will all of a sudden get a really strong feeling to do or not to do something like a gut instinct....

I feel them there...sometimes it freaks me the hell out when i am alone and all of a sudden i know there is someone else there!

Its amazing :) If ther are there and they are watching over me then i love them for it:) x
