false twins/ catalyst

Does anyone have experience of this and what happened? I was looking at youtube and a twin talked about it. I would like to know more because Iam worried my twin is a catalyst or a false twin and I am wasting my time on him and perhaps my real twin is just around the corner.

Yes I had a false Twin. Was in my life for like 11 years before I met my actual twin. None of it made sense until much later.

I had a "false twin" before I ever knew what a TF was. At the time he was in my life (and during his departure) I would have whole heartedly believed he was my TF. I'm glad I did not know what a TF even was at that point in my life because it took me a long time to heal and move past him (and his departure) and had I held the belief that he was I may have never gotten over him. I still think of him from time to time, but he was a stepping stone to prepare me for what was coming.

Had I not experienced this with him and learned how to let go, it is likely I could not have tolerated meeting my TF and going through this experience.

It amazes me how "similar" the two men are. Looking back, I know without a doubt now that he was just there to prepare me for something far more magnificent. To be honest, my TF was in my life (off and on) for over a year before I even realized what a TF was. When I took time to reflect on it all, I realized my TF came into my life almost immediately after my wounds healed from my "false twin"

I don't even know if "false twin" is an adequate term, but the only one I can truly use at the moment. All I know is once I healed from that experience and loss, a whole new world opened up to me full of so much love. My "false twin" loved me completely, we never had a relationship (we had one a decade prior to reunion) but he was married, and it could not be. That was harder to let go of than my true twin. I do find it easier now to let things go and not try to have control. It truly was a preparation, a solid learning experience for me.

Also one more thought, if you are feeling he "may not" be your twin, he probably isn't. This is something you know without a single doubt with every fiber of your being. Even through all the questions and the heartache, in the deepest part of your soul you will never feel even a glimmer of doubt.

thanks for sharing your story. I wish I did not know about the TF thing, but what it is doing for me is teaching me about my boundaries and what I want and don't want. I am giving the guy more credit than he deserves probably, but I am practicing patience with him. The doubt crept in when I watched the video by a twin who had a false twin and her experiences were similar to mine.

I came on this site to learn more from others experience, but we all have to follow our own intuition and deeper knowing as well. I am not ready to give up on this twin, if he is not meant to be the signs will come and I will know soon. I do feel that I am close to reunion as I am in such a good place at the moment.

11 years is significant number. This one has been around for about six months, but I feel like I met him before. He is also very similar to my first partner, they share the same birthday and star sign. There are a lot of similarities with my ex and I wondered if I am manifesting a false flame to deal with the earlier hurts from that first abusive relationship.

thats not exactly true.. people do lie and deny things to themselves. you seem to forget about the ego. One who isnt fully awakened will feel this way too. there is no fiat "im fully awake i know everything now"

im getting pretty tired of seeing others saying if its not this this or that "hes not your twin" "its all in your head' and all that stuff.. thats not being supportive for one. two.. no one has that right to tell anyone else if they are a twin or not. three.. all this is doing is lowering vibrations and not showing unconditional love to others. this isnt reserved just for their twin.

Well snip snip. I never said "no, he's definitely not your twin!" I was speaking from experience on this, and my own experience which is what was asked. I never felt the same deep soul knowing with anyone the way I do with my "TF" and I was expressing based on my experiences, without that deep knowing (awakened or not you still feel it, and you still know) he is probably not a twin, but a catalyst. It is not my place to say whether or not someone had found their twin, just giving a different perspective...

You really should calm down. Life is too short for such hostility you know.

I can tell you that I have a sense of deep knowing and I have never been so sure and calm about any sort of romantic connection before. Normally I am in a high state of anxiety and the guy would be running for the hills to get as far away as possible from me. LOL. This one keeps popping in to check on me and I am always receptive to him. The patterns he is running in his 3D life however I will not accept and so I keep him at a distance from me and keep holding out my standards to him. He has a choice to change or keep running. He may be awakening but he has a lot of work to do on addictions and old karmic relationship stuff. I am happy to be in separation for this time while he does his work.
