In 2007 I met a woman online who had similar interests and experiences to me and we started chatting by email and forum messaging. Her mundane physical-world situation and experiences and mine were almost identical, and her spiritual interests and experiences (Spirit Guides and meditation) were also 99% alike.

It wasn't until many months later that we heard about Twin Flames and found out what they were, and we discovered that this probably applied to us.

During our chats, we discussed various meditation techniques and practices and we found one, called the Vessica Pisces technique, which was recommended for Twin Flames to practice. This technique was designed to enhance the connection between Twins, but we didn't realise at the time how successful it would be for us.

At a mutually agreed time, we started the meditation. After a few minutes, we could feel ourselves mentally merging. As I opened my eyes, I could see that I was sitting in a different room, and I could tell it was a different house. Also, I felt different.

As I looked down at my body, I immediately noticed that this wasn't my body! My mind/consciousness was inhabiting the body of a pretty woman about 10 years younger than me (about 39).

After about 15 to 20 minutes, my mind snapped back into my old, male body.

When I emailed her soon after, I discovered that she had had a similar experience. We discussed and described each other's houses exactly. The meditation had allowed us to temporarily swap bodies!

Over the next few years, we repeated the meditation dozens of times, and we were successful in swapping bodies/locations most times.

Well,that truly is amazing.That goes to show that she is probably from your soul group.
