Anxiety Therapy There are a number of self-help methods that help treat and eliminate anxiety


Eating Healthy Eating a healthy diet and a healthy diet can help treat mild to moderate anxiety, as well as abstaining from alcohol, taking drugs and other illicit substances.

Engaging in activities Engaging in activities that interact with others is a simple way to eliminate anxiety, such as volunteering to clean schools, mosques, etc., as well as participating in cooking and other charitable activities

Exercise and regular exercise are an effective way to get rid of anxiety, along with the great benefits it offers

The best (quick and efficient) therapy for anxiety and phobias is "the swish" (NLP).

This is based on my own experience: MEDITATION! It helped me tremendously, I experience a very deep relief from meditation and anxiety and its' so profound that it feels like a weight was taken from my shoulders and I can breathe freely once again.

Quiet the mind and the mind would not be able anymore to cause you anxiety and depression.

I have found the best way to avoid anxiety is to never have problems in your life, make a ton of money so you don't have worries of making ends meet and wrap yourself in bubble wrap.
