Hi vanessa,

Listen, you don't need to think that those chakras are not already open yet. Life experiences tend to open and close the chakras automatically anyway.

Should you believe that you can heal yourself, then your heart chakra will automatically respond to that thought and as it is somewhat a thought that opens the heart chakra, you will be able to heal yourself.

All you need to do is find a quiet place to sit and then place your hand at your throat chakra. Then visualise blue healing energy flowing down through your crown chakra, then down through your arms and out into your throat chakra. KNOW that you are being healed. Then, once you feel ready, visualise your crown and throat chakra closing individually and then close the minor chakras in the palms of your hands.

Then stand up straight and visualise roots stemming from your feet chakra, burrowing deep into the earth and know that you are grounded. Have a go at doing this if you are so inclined and notice how you feel afterwards.
