Meditating with Mandalas
If anyone has a problem meditating you can always try using a Mandala 2 absorb into your own consciousness a mandala can be natural such as the moon or the trunk of a sturdy tree, the centre of a flower the detail of an animal, absolutely anything can be used to work for you, or you can create, paint your own unique mandala they help you to step out of your monkey mind which usually needs to be constantly stimulated and distracted.
Play around u will be pleasantly surprised at how simple it is.
