I'm grateful for my emotions even though I am having a rough time with them at the moment... I can feel them bringing me courage compassion for myself.
I am grateful for my garden even as one season has passed and many things have died as a part of their natural course of life.... my garden is teaching me how to LET GO.
I am grateful to be able to swim especially in these times where my emotions are running so high and low.
I am grateful to be loved.
