Online mindfulness meditation programme - for research purpose

Hi guys, I'm a psychology undergrad studying in the UK.

I'm currently conducting a research (approved by an institution in London) to verify the efficacy of a mindfulness-based meditation programme that targets various variables of wellbeing (e.g. autonomy, positive emotions). It's an online programme, and participants will be sent materials (videos, audios) for their meditation sessions (each about 10 minutes long). It lasts for 8 weeks, and each week's theme differs. Post- and pre- programme measures will be taken to check progress / effect.

I'm specifically looking for participants from the UK (over 18). Message me if you're interested. Feel free to drop any questions here too.

Have a nice day!

Well, Meditation must be voluntary. There should be multiple options for other activities such as drawing or sustained silent reading in a safe and quiet environment!

thanks for your reply!

Indeed, I understand that meditation has to be voluntary and requires commitment, that's why I'm not trying to force / fool anyone to join the programme only for my study's sake. I'm promoting not only because I need help, but also because I genuinely believe that the programme, though still in its trial phase, does more good than harm, and people are gonna get something out of it.

And yes, besides meditation, participants will be encouraged and guided to partake in an "activity" that suits the week's theme, e.g. taking note of things to be grateful of throughout the week.

If anyone's interested, I'd be more than glad to send you detailed info about the programme.
