I will try to explain this question as best I can, you can make of it as you will.

Each soul is a small spark of the one infinite creator, we all start at the lowest point which is infinite energy, from here we must progress, the first part of our progression is becoming aware.

Progression is a very long ride of learning through first and second densities, until we reach 3rd density which is the first density of self awareness, at this point we begin our spiritual journey and must make our choice to progress to 4th density.
Third density on this planet is a set time of around 76,000 years, this time ends on the 21/12/2012.

So if you are an earth native then your self aware self could be up to 76,000 years old or you may be an animal, or a tree who has reached third density only recently and has incarnated into a 3rd density body, or you may be a wanderer in which case your self aware spirit may be millions of years old.

Just so you get an idea 1st density on Earth lasted for approximately 2 Billion years and second density lasted approximately 4.6 Billion years.

So all up you are one old spirit
