ah, that's a nice tune.

the song, and the dream by extension, seems to be about converting
the old dirty town into a new world, fit for the love that has been found
to exist and flourish in. the song only hints at the refurbishing to come,
projecting it into the future as a planned activity. it lingers on describing
the dirty old town repeatedly, probably due to a sense of appreciation
for that place having existed and bringing the opportunity for meeting
the lover he's met there.
