"There is nothing unspiritual about life."
It gets me centered and focused on appreciation of what life is and who we really are. It also reminds me that I am not only worthy but an integral part of all that is just for being who I am.
I don't believe that the "physical" is detached or less spiritual than anything else. I am spirit in a spiritual place.
