Lights went off immediately after he died

I lost my husband of four year a few months ago. He died almost a month after he was invoved in a car accident. Before his death, he had undergone an operation to fix his leg which was broken and he was doing just fine. Then one night he suddenly succumed to a blood clot just after dinner and died on our way to hospital.

When I can back home ofcourse crying my heart out, I switched on the bedroom lights and after a few minutes the lights went off (only in my room) and then they came on. I felt as if he was trying to communicate something but up to this day I have never known what that was.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I'm sure you are right that it was he was communicating something to you. There is a gut feeling that we just know who it is. I've read that our spirit is as unique as a fingerprint and I have no doubt you sensed correctly it was him.

As for his message, it sounds like to me he wanted you to know he was okay and watching over you.

Sorry for your loss. I would say he was making his crossing over. Just letting ye know he was safe and that he made it over.

It must be a very hard loss to have to face. My thoughts are with ye.

I know exactly how you feel and before I go on, just let me say that if you have trouble coping, especially after a span of time, please get some help......It is such a terrible loss and you feel like you are half a person........Lights turning on and off are very common ADCs (after death communications) as are flickering lights, tv changing channels by itself, pennies or other coins appearing out of nowhere, other wierd electrical mishaps, special songs on the radio just as you were nudged to turn it on, a butterfly landing on your hand, etc....so many ways that they can use to "connect" with us, and if you are lucky, dream visits or visions as you are falling asleep.........He will try his best to comfort and guide you on this new journey.......
