Do you want to prove to yourself that you actually leave your body? Step one-make some big cards with big bold shapes on eg square,circle and triangle then each night before you go to bed shuffle them with the faces away from you without looking at them

Place the cards face up on top of a shelf or wardrobe in your bedroom and then target them during a projection and see if you spot the top card-you can keep repeating this to see how accurate you are-please post your results if you give it a try

Not this one but something similar which was a success for me this is a simpler adaption open to further change eg colours adding or the cards put near a water source (thirst trigger/target)

If colours are also used I don't think they are likely to look the same as you see them in the physical but should be consistent eg black crows are said to appear white or silvery I think when viewed in the astral

It sounds like a good test to do but I do not need to test myself. I sometimes feel myself moving out of my body and travelling to some place. That is proof to me.

I attempted this last night - except I used normal playing cards instead of making my own.
I failed to consciously AP to the location of the card, but the next morning decided to not waste the experience and remote view instead- I perceived the card to be King of Hearts, and my 10 year old daughter guessed that it was 7 of Hearts, and when we looked it was 4 of Hearts.
Almost there lol :-D

I did a telepathy test using playing cards with my daughter, I told her to think only of a blank screen and I would project a random card onto it, 3 out of 3 exact! but then it all went to pot, I expect the reality scared me and disrupted things
