Hello!!
Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am a social worker from Wyoming. I have always been fascinated with everything pertaining to spirituality and although I grew up going to church I don't consider myself religious but do consider myself very spiritual. I am interested in Buddhism, Metaphysics, mindfulness, etc. I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Metaphysical Counseling which I hope will help me in my clinical work with clients. Happy to be here!

Yeah there are a lot of books about Buddhism and mindfulness in psychology, one of which is called Quantum Consciousness by Stephen Wolinsky; also Eastern thought and science, like the Tao of Physics by Fritjof Capra. I know a few social workers and they've recommended some good books to me; I first found out about Louise Hay through a social worker.
