Weird Sleep Paralysis
Hey there,
A few nights ago i had a sleep paralysis, like hearing the vibrations etc as well, and when i tried to move my arms and legs i couldn't (which is obvious) but what actually happened was when i tried to move my arms and legs the vibrations got heavier and heaver they got like 10x as bad, does anyone know why this may be? because it was just minor then when i tried to move my arms they increased a lot.

I'm not a doctor but it has something to do with the way the body is during sleep, it physically becomes harder to move supposedly to protect the body in sleep mode or something. I've had sleep paralysis myself and it's no picnic, and I don't know if there's always something spiritual behind it or not. I've also astral-projected and sleepwalked, so I'm of the opinion that almost anything is possible. It definitely is hard to move out of sleep paralysis, I hate it when I get that.

If you focus all of your awareness on moving one of your big toes, or one finger, you can wake yourself up out of sleep paralysis. It just takes practice. The vibrations you're talking about aren't inherently good or bad, they're just part of a natural process that there are a number of ways to talk about.
Sleep paralysis certainly isn't very enjoyable to just chill in, but if you're looking to project or go into a dream or something along those lines, then it is possible to work with the state where you're experiencing vibrations (without the typical sleep paralysis part), and when that's you're intention, stronger sensation of vibrations can be a good thing.
