What to say . . . . ? I am blessed with a wonderful partner and six children. Also very lucky to have a wealth of spiritual gifts that I have been helped to understand and utilise. I like to have fun, ski, ride my mountain bike and I write for a living. The following quote sums up very nicely where I am with my personal journey today.
"First of all, we must be in harmony with ourselves; we must come to accept ourselves. The best way to achieve this is to never compare ourselves with others, because the moment we do, we then judge ourselves inferior or esteem ourselves as superior, resulting in either an inferiority complex or an inflated ego.
