Herbed polenta topped with onions, shallots, zucchini and tomatoes in a marsala reduction. Mushrooms were turning so had to omit them but next time will add them in.

Sister Moon and Burntfruit, your dishes are mouth watering, I was wondering if you prepare them at home or eat out for the most part?
I am new to clean eating and juicing, mainly vegetables, though find it very difficult to follow certain protocols where I live because, simply, some of the main ingredients needed are impossible to find, not being popular with the majority of this city's population. I live in a meat eaters community where clean eating is considered good for goats but not for humans.

Hi Faith! :) I shop at three different grocery stores (sometimes more) so prepare most of my stuff at home but I am nowhere near where I want to be yet as far as the quality of my food goes, I have lots of areas I'm still working out. Luckily for me I live in an area which has some independent grocers who specialize in fresh produce. I've decided to start an indoor container garden to grow most of my own veggies, but it is still in the planning stages. Trying to do more juicing too. I find keeping things simple works best. I need lots of vegetables early in the day to have enough energy. I've found that I actually don't eat enough vegetables for what my system needs, so vegetable juicing is probably going to become part of my daily routine.
