The 'Green Man' calling
What is the real reason for the 'Green Man' calling?......
Why does he haunt some dreams? You follow his trail but then come to a 'cul-de-sac' so to speak & you may pick it up again some later time, places being irrevelant. Is it to meet him in real life? So he plays a game of hide & seek for the fun of it! but I would like to know what can be the true purpose of the experience of him?
Does anyone have ideas?

I don't know why he is haunting your dreams, but there is no way out of a cul-de-sac except to circle and go back. Perhaps he is telling you to go back somewhere you were before to find him or the answer to why he is in your dreams?

The Green Man represents the raw, primal forces of Nature. He is saying that the old order of your life must be broken for a new one to emerge. Expect a period of chaos while a new way of doing things becomes established.

He is also a symbol of change- the ever turning wheel of life, death and rebirth. The old must die to make way for the new. I agree with Norseman- expect change
