See now I'm going to have to read it aren't I! TBH I forgot about it until you mentioned the mindfulness meditation. Maybe it was the nudge I needed.
Oh I see with the throat thing now. And yeah your right about trusting intuition and not overthinking- not always so easy though to actually do it. Glad your heart blockage starting to clear- if I was to go with my intuition I'd say either I misunderstood reiki lady or she was wrong and my heart chakra is actually over active. Do you work on your chakras any other ways apart from meditation and yoga?
Haha yeah, I'm not actually in Manchester, but close enough that you being in Manchester kind of makes me feel uncomfortable! Cause you know I could easily walk past you and you could recognise me from words on a screen and then publicly out me as a weirdo etc etc... totally un irrational thoughts of course lol.
