Anyone do yoga mostly for their scoliosis?
I do :) I love it! I need to get back into it but it really helps. (Also chiropractor) but yoga is amazing for the back. Scoliosis is a curve in the spine.

I have lordosis, which is a curvature of the spine, but the opposite way. Yoga is the only thing that treats the lower back pain caused by it. My yoga teacher told me that the key is to building up your core muscles so you're not relying on just your back muscles to support you.
