Starting out
Hello all I was wondering what Yoga I should do I have not done it before and would like to start I am also overweight but am working on that any help or advice would be wonderful thank you in advance!!!

I suggest starting with any version of hatha yoga. Is there a yoga studio near you?

No the nearest one is 1 1/2 hours away. So I would probably need to buy a book or DVD to do it I don't have internet at home I get on here at work lol. Thank you for suggesting that as well it gives me a starting point  |
