Since I believe in everything vibration, I do tend to believe it has to do with vibration. But since everything is connected Fear and Joy have their own vibratory levels, you can see this working with empaths or even just in large groups. In mass hysteria you visually see what seems to be a contagious overwhelming feeling of fear, however in worship or gatherings (concerts, social, etc) you can see the opposite.

You can't live a life completely fear free but you do have the ability to control how you feel in any given situation, even though it may not seem like it. Everything exists so that you can appreciate its opposing nature. That is why i'm having a real hard time with understanding Good and Evil.

The good cannot exist without the bad right?

Right, they are the two poles of a wholeness - both sides of a subject or emotions, the two ends of a measuring stick.

With that being said if we promote good nature and good vibes, would that not leave the world unbalanced or would there not be an equal response of evil or negative vibes.

Is this why our current world view can never achieve physical nirvana or unity?

This is more about choosing. There dont need to be bad people so there can be good people. Basicly u can chose between actions that disattach from fear.
Many people base their actions on fear and perceive it to be good but on a deeper level it isnt.

May you be given a measurement of time to follow where all decisions exist at a time of truth to the means that guide your yet to be measurable passings therefore it is of no freedom giveth to you the choice is in guidance to flow only in time of a measurement within choices given forth within an infinite number of choices but true to the passing within a dwelling of a baseline of the current measurement of time in passing to the freedom that is not given but guided therfore beyond this is the consequence of the time combined from the passings forth to the means of your choice that is now of the consequential means of your truth of reason within the passing that is to be of a your passing of Truth for it is here where you are given the freedom of your personal unguided choice to be in consequential to your passing given in guidance.
