Likely it has blocked your third eye or at least interest in it, however it is very probable that it will open/become active as the effects of the medications work out of your system, I don't know what the 1/2 life of Prozac is in the brain but I know it took 10 years for the effects of Zoloft to wear off on with only taking 1/2 of the lowest dosage pill for one year. It was very 'sticky' in the bodily system and brain and prevented emotions for years and years after stopping taking it. Pretty sure the manufactures don't fess up to the fact you are still on it for years and years after stopping taking it.
However the body is an incredible healer and with healthy food, lots of water daily (6 glasses) and lots of exercise one can greatly enhance the recovery and push the sticky chemicals out of the body. Detoxing and fasting maybe helpful also but Do Not Do This without supervision of a health care provider as it can easily be taken too far or done incorrectly.
To increase the likelihood of the third eye opening and to assist it develop a routine of daily meditation and cycle energy through the chakras via intention.
