Relation between obes chakras and kundalini

The night I had a kundalini activation in Sahaja Yoga, I had an AP while sleeping and was thrilled because I was activelly seeking to have this sort of experience.

Then I told this to the woman that guided me in the activation and she had the opposite experience. She suffered from sleep paralysis (a stage prior to obe) and by doing Sahaja Yoga it stopped.

So I think that by aligning your chackras and awakening kundalini you gain more ground and control over your awareness so you can either have more or less obes depending on what you desire. This is only my take on it based on my experience. There might be other views on this subject and I also point out that the term "kundalini" may have different meaning or a different understanding of what kind of energy/substance that is. To me it's akin to the Holy Spirit.
