More labels ,my head's going to explode !!!!!

Please, at all costs... do not let any psychic, specialist, healer, etc etc mess with your head like this.

This is one of the things I mentioned in the very popular post about why I do not believe in Twin Flames anymore... the HUGE "messing with our heads" that letting others share an opinion on stuff they cannot even confirm fully ( cause really... who can confirm this stuff for sure ?? )

I had this experience recently and I do not wish it for anybody else. I got so messed up in my head that I felt depressed and wanting to get over with all my spiritual practice.

Don´t confirm more, don´t read more, don´t ask to other people. The only one who knows what is best for your future is you and your Higher Self. Those who will care for you will show it and those who were not supposed to stay will leave. It is that simple.

Adding comments from psychics and other people will mess with your head and not help one bit. Please refrain from that and just regain your calm and center.

Thanks everyone for your advice /comments ....i have calmed down now ,i know this healer meant well and i feel kind of bad for being so angry with her ,but it did mess with my head, exactly like when my friend said things about my Sc not being that into me .....Anyway feeling better now i have vented .....I jjust want to hide away and not see, hear ,feel anything SC /Tf related ,even if it's just for a day ....just some peace would be nice ,i'm sure you all know what i mean by that.....Just to feel normal again .....anyway will be looking for another healer ...thanks once again for all the advice .

Wow... this is almost as if I wrote this myself... the hide away, run away and not see. And in my case, my reading added even new unexpected stuff so it was even more confusing than yours, so I can relate to the feeling.

This is why I decided that no more psychics will ever tell me what is going on. It is a temptation to get confirmation all the time, from things that can only be confirmed by the Divine. A healer who may not confirm anything but do energy work on you may be a better idea. I will PM you the details of a chackra energy healer I know who does this also long distance.

I am so sorry Kiwi, please do your best to clear up your mind and heart. As I said, psychics and labels aside, trust that the Divine knows what they are doing and try to remain open but letting things flow. Running is only gonna make things harder and more painful, remain in full conciousness but always stay grounded and calm as much as you can I know, easier said than done !! I have wanted to run so many times and I still feel many times like just about to do it so !!

I understand all you are thinking and feeling.. the ego cannot stand this... lol... there is resistance in you because you are scared... you will keep feeling the pain as you resist... and, I am sorry to tell you that the 'normal' you had BEFORE, is no longer something you can fall back upon. We are in a constant change and you cannot go back... What you can do - is find a new way... a new way of dealing with this because you will need to do as much to find 'peace'... to find YOU!!

And, you will find your way... start keeping and working on a higher vibration by watching your words/thoughts... work on yourself in other words.. The connection - stop trying to make sense of it.. it is too hard... just seek to connect up and ask for help in managing and learning as you change...

yes - it is difficult to 'manage'... but, there are higher level reasons and the best one can do is go within... Being careful whom we share the story with - being vulnerable to 'what others think' is not the key.. It only matters what you think!! And - go slow --- don't jump off the bridge... test out the solid part of this in your life by going slow....

Love to be pure love is 'unconditional' - you don't have to 'like them'.. just love them... You don't have to be with them to love them either!!

And, watch out for control issues or esteem issues as to why you need to 'possess' this person or have them in your life...

Watch out for 'they have this problem or that problem or, need to change here or there'... another trap - you focus on them instead of you and often what you point out is a reflection of yourself BUT - who would see that??!??!

Watch being triggered??!?! There is something for you to learn if something triggers you.. You see?!?!

All such 'weird stuff' but, there are reasons - learn and grow with this gift...

And lastly, You are enough on your own!!! UGH again>>>> lol...

At the same time he terrifies me, I have never felt that before, to love someone and embrace them unconditionaly but yet be so afraid. It is true we are mirrors of each other because he's afraid too. Like today I feel he is restless, thus making me restless! Lol

Managing... or, what I think I am managing... and, till the next wave of stuff comes my way.. This is absolutely not easy and I've gone every route already... so, there is not much else for me to do but let it be what it is... I wish someone would give me a different answer!!!

You seem to have a lot of understanding innately... go with the flow of it... don't resist yet, be careful not to set yourself right up... It is called finding the 'middle' - takes practice and I have not by far, perfected it yet...

I understand the fear and I was told and believe that, you are given a break and time to rest and then it starts again... like a wave... all critical and important lessons as we move to ascension... serious stuff... Dang... and, why us?!?!? LOL>>> We'll never quite know BUT - no worries... We are much stronger than we can possibly imagine!!

yes u r right! Lol it does come in waves. When its weak or distant I often wonder what is going on? Lol but I do take it as a break for the both of us. This is two fold we feel all of our beloveds emotions and some thoughts and also ascension symptoms enuf tho drive u crazy lol We definitely are in our own society!
