My body's temperature rises

Recently, every night that I lay down to go to sleep, I feel cool and nothing is wrong. The house is 60°F, it's even colder outside, but when I lay down to sleep I get so hot. I start sweating even.

It's not my clothes because I started wearing tank tops and shorts to bed, but it doesn't help. I usually fall asleep before it stops, but it always happens right around the same time no matter what.

Not to mention, I have had paranormal experiences in my room before. Hearing voices speak, having things knocked over, and other stronger things throughout the house.

Could this be a ghost, since they affect temperature? Or do they only create cold temperatures?

Possible.
I sleep in a room with the door closed and no heat getting into my room.40-50 F. I stay comfortable.
Do you sleep on a mattress that has memory foam covering it? That will cause it you to get warm/hot. I placed a foam topper on my bed and wow, woke up soaking wet. Took the topper off and solved that problem..
