Hi,
I joined these forums to find like minded people and try to sort through the chaos that is my spirituality, life, and brain.
I need to learn how to be a conduit and not just hold on to everyone else’s energies.
I am overwhelmed frequently and struggle with true sense of self.

hmm I can relate to some of that on my journey over the last few years... You might want to have a look on here - raise your energy vibrations - its near the bottom of the page, I'll have to nudge that back up if no one else does - welcome
