When you don't release your sexual energy it builds and builds.

eventually it becomes like a fury or irritation, and that is the sign that you have to release it. Either you find a sexual outlet (the easy way out), or you channel it (find a harder way to release it, like art) and release it in a non-sexual way.

Non-sexual doesn't mean that the energy is less erotic or less sexual, it just means you are not doing anything sexual like intercourse, fantasizing about sex, or in general having any kind of sexual release for the energy.

All your questions about how this is done, to me, implies that you have not done the most simple of methods to begin this practice. Namely, avoiding the sexual release of energy.

If you want to learn to paint, you start attempting to paint. You don't ask a bunch of strangers all the while avoiding painting yourself.

I am also curious about finding a method to use sexual energy in non-sexual activities. I read through all the posts but I did not find any suitable answer. No one gave any method. There is just discussion about celibacy, orgasm, sex, etc. No method at all. I must clarify that there is a need for a method, or a technique. In my experience, my sexual energy does not go into non-sexual activities when I stop doing sexual activity. It just keeps accumulating and then it turns into frustation. In the end I jerk it off.

From my experience and perspective. Dealing with ''sexual, erotic...energies'' can be or is tricky. It can be very dangerous, the same as dealing with electricity can be very dangerous if you don't know what are you doing. Not always and not everywhere was sexual energies...marked as something bad or shallow, on the contrary in many cultures. But it is marked as shallow and shaming in our existing culture. Spirituality and sexuality are in our culture completely separated, in certain religions and beliefs even shown as natural opposites.
Pornography for example is the modern result of this separation from sexuality and spirituality, where everything is just some object, dominated or guided only from pure lust and that's it, there is nothing more behind it. And so is our entire modern view on sexuality...and this makes stuff as ''Kundalini'' very, very dangerous today, because there gives hardly any guiding points, even more...it's seen as something perverse or bad. Not to mention, of course the real dangers that are there with ''sexual energies,'' as loosing yourself in your own fantasies, which can also scare you a lot...there gives many traps...as by electricity before you learn how not to burn yourself with it. If you view at the base, sexuality as something bad or dangerous, stay away from any kind of sexual energies...aka kundalini.... you will create a living hell for you with this, guarantee since a person then load him or herself full with fear & shame. Sexual stuff is a turbo, a rocket to the heavens, almost all cultures know this throughout the history, but they also knew it's a wild horse....that most people should stay away from it, if they don’t have the right approach.

sounds like your painting IS your mediation, paint what you feel, get in the zone and go for it! I attached a picture of some artwork on my wall. This artist might have had been expressing there sexual energy's.
