Between the 10th and 13th

Edit: On April 16th and May 10th, Is it common for spells to be cast around this time of month? If so, what is
the reason. Does it have something to do with the moon, or what. My reason for asking, which may sound weird to some, is because last month and this month, I have been awoken knowing that a spell was being cast. Any
information would be appreciated. The last one which happened on the 10th, I was told
it was by a specific persons name and they were a wiccan. Reason was not given, however. I do not know the person, nor have I heard about them.
