Spirit, Fire, Air, Earth and water.
These are the five most important things to live by as a Witch.
Understanding this really helps me to be in tune with my spirituality. In order to make the witches pyramid work, to manifest any sort of magick or anything, you have to be able to balance the four elements Earth, Air, Fire and water. If you can’t balance those four elements you don’t have a sturdy base to be able to become your full self, to draw energy, to give energy, to put anything good out or receive anything good. You want to be able to do that which is the point of the pyramid, the point, the focal point. .or the top of the pentagram which ever way you want to picture it in your mind.
TO KNOW
This means that you will strive to learn as much as you can in your life time and that you will apply this knowledge to your daily life. It also means that you will seek the truth in all things and be willing to change your perceptions to meet your awakening spirituality… find yourself and know what is in your heart and in your head. Its that whole consciousness when you just know what is right and what is wrong. You don’t have to go to church or read the bible or talk to a million people to know what is right in your heart and right in your soul. What makes you soulfully happy …so that is what you need to get intone to, to know yourself and to learn as much as you can. You never can know enough, always learn more, maximise your full potential, be the best you can be because it is very important.
TO DARE
You have pushed fear behind you and be courageous and pro-active in all that you do, you will believe in yourself and have faith in the universe and in your own abilities. Have faith!!! Believe in yourself and have some self confidence, remember that looks have nothing to do with it. The world preaches about beauty these days, with all the plastic surgery and botox, but you know what makes somebody very very very beautiful? Which draws you to them because they just are gorgeous and breathtaking? It is when their personality matches their soul, when their inside matches their outside, when their soul reflects who they are and they don’t care about how they look because its in their soul… Now that is amazing!! So Don’t judge a book by its cover people, have respect for everybody at least a little respect. If people don’t have the respect to respect you just push them aside for their ignorant and go on with your life.
TO WILL
Means that you will learn to focus your thoughts and practise meditation and visualisation in order to reach your goals. It means that you wont to sit back and let the world pass you by and you will work towards your dreams. You will meet obstacles and find positive solutions to over come them. You have to realise in life you are going to have bad times , your never always going to be perfect, but its ok because you cant appreciate the good times when you don’t have the bad times. So you have to manifest all your positive energy, direct it towards your goal that you want and it will happen, you just have to give it a bit of time. I know sometimes it seems like it takes forever but with magick you can give time a little boost if you wish and it will work because you put all your will and knowledge towards that. To Will something is to want it so bad that you deep down want it, that it puts that energy out there and the gods know it and feel it and they send that energy back and it all works and everything is in balance and things work out the way they should. So To Will is to do good spells not bad spells… Positive, Positive, Positive ….. Harm Ye None, Do What Thou Will…. What you put out you get back times three… harm None, don’t do anything bad….. Be a good witch not a bad witch lol
TO BE SILENT
You will keep your mouth shut about the magick you do least your friends and others destroy the magick with their negative energy….A spell spoken is a spell broken!!! If you brag about a spell that you have done etc for love, money etc or what you are going to do then that will stop it working…shut up!!!!! Lol That’s not good and if you think its cool to do a spell guess what? It’s not going to work and then people will think magick is just a bunch of ‘Hocus Pocus’ …But as we know magick is real , it really is….. people do magick everyday and they don’t even know it as it is no different from having a wish and you wish so hard that it comes true..i am sure many of you have done that? Thought about a friend and they ring etc?? Well that can just as much be a spell because you took the time to sit and think about it and really mean what you thought. So BE SILENT . It also means that you will think before you speak and that you will not throw pearls before swine…don’t give good information to bad people. It means you will follow the edicate of the craft and you will not blab about what happened in a ritual circle etc. You must not gossip about other people or harm others intentionally through your words. See people like to talk and they like to brag and like to be social, but you know just have some respect about it, what happened to that? What happened to people just having respect? Respect and dignity will make you a very successful witch.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST TO GO
Meaning you will master the four pillars. The energies earth, Air, Fire, water….. To Dare, To Will, To Be Silent, To Know and use it in a positive way to help yourself as well as others. TO GO is the ultimate meaning of the witches Oath of Service.
So very important stuff. I really hope you all think about this , really sit down and think about it and what it means to you. Are you able to be intone with yourself and pay attention to what is around you and make every ordinary moment extraordinary and if you do that it will take your life and spirituality to a whole other level.
Anyway I have bored you but this is what the witches Pyramid means to me and the pyramid is the pentagram.
