Hi what has happened
I was striving from many days with meditation.but i was happy and enjoying life.but there was problem with my subconscious mind. But meditation and mantra prevent me from it.s consequences.but from two days back i have changed completely.my mind had caught in a circle.my meditation practises and mantra recitation has no effect on my thoughts. I have lost my controll over thoughts.can any body visualize and tell me any possible way to get back enjoy of my life.i will go to any where and any body to regain my happiness

Hi Happiness of life is being fully immersed in life and not applying stringent rules on what should be good and what not , just let go of rules and follow your instincts and feelings its all part of life , just be human, dont try to be detached from earth

I think you should enjoy your life naturally. There is no point to be so much into meditation. It should be all balanced. You can go into sports, jogging, playing games, reading books, jumping from a bridge.

Suggestion only.
Look at your meditation and mantra wording and thoughts. If they are not claiming in the present then that could be why you are circling. Our focus has to be on that which we choose to have or experience as being already here. As long as we affirm something is in the future tense then that is where it shall remain.
As an example. Wrong way. I expect good ..........{fill in the blank} to happen in my life. That is placing ........in the future tense. Well tomorrow never comes. Better. I accept the fulfillment of ...........in my life and I am truly blessed and thankful for its manifestation. Believe as it already is and it shall be in this present time. I will believe it when I see it seldom gets seen.
Visualize your desire. If you can't see it then visualize your happiness of having it. Can you see a smile and yourself doing your happy dance?
Like I stated this is just my .02 from my experiences.

Meditation is good but to raise ourself in high vibration has stopped.now it is tough for me to forget the illusions.but it seems that my capacity to forget illusion is lost

You said there's a circle of thoughts? Those thoughts are where you need to go and what you need to see. Why are they there what are they pointing to. Or where do they stem from? Do they cause emotions and what are those emotions where do those emotions lead or where do they come from. All things you need to figure out for yourself.
Try the tantric approach and allow the thoughts without judgement and stay conscious during them. Let go of the mantra and focus on breath and feeling everything until you find the root of your current troubles. When your subconscious takes over just focus on the word "in" during in breath and the word "out" during the out breath.
The more one focuses on a problem or solving it the more the problem lingers. letting go of there being a problem is usually the reason a solution or explanation of said problem comes along.
