Will Meridian chakra healing course help with astral projection or will it be a waste of time and money? I found a course it says, the meridian chakra healing technique breaks though barriers that inhibit the healing process. It relaxes and rebuilds the entire system, clears away psychic junk. My gut says this kind of thing is not worth it. There are plenty of free methods for learning healing and AP, from what I can tell.
