Third eye image in meditation help!

Guys! I have been on meditation for a month now and when ever i try to picture my third eye, the picture of two pyramid, one is inverted on top and in the middle is the eye with bright lights and the sorrounding area is like a surreal cosmos or the universe. Is this normal or is there somehting else im seeing.

Sounds like what you are seeing represents your Merkabah.

You can put the word in google picture search and see if you find something that looks like what you see.

Dear soulz02,

It's wonderful to have that experience.

I can only say that it means a lot and importantly that you are one of the blessed ones. My brotherly advice is, please ignore whatever comes in front of you and crave for nothing to see or get through meditation. Please go ahead without stopping and taking a look at what is coming your way. As you start meditation for further advancement of self (Process of evolution) too many things and powers will automatically come to you as tests and to lure you up to stop and be happy with what you achieve. These experiences and powers are just nothing and not at all comparable to what eventually waits for you. It's an endless journey to the limitless boundaries of divine consciousness where only bliss exists.

Please do not bother much about what you are seeing and don't focus your mind to concentrate on what you are seeing. Please decide upon what your quest is for and keep meditating.

I think what you are seeing is pretty awesome

a pyramid is the third eye symbol...

I think they are lettting you know your third eye is opening - well done..

dont forget your protection prior to meditation..

google has a wealth of information

saulz... As I see it, the third eye is not something we need to See, but as the third eye is cleared and opened we see Through it. Seeing the symbol may help activate the third eye capabilities such as intuition, visualization, and so on.

I think what Xan is getting at is that clairvoyance is a stage that we pass through...and it's not necessary for everyone to have clairvoyance to get past that stage.

It's the idea of "If you see God shoot him," (a Zen joke). God consciousness is not a creation of the mind, but that which created ("creates/sustains/dissolves/hides/reveals") mind.

All kinds of symbols can arise in the mind - some are personal to the one seeing them only, others have universal meaning. It depends how sensitive is your perception (meaning, how attuned you are to the cosmic consciousness field).

Any awareness of the brow chakra is a good thing!

The idea is not to get trapped there, but to move beyond the brow to the crown chakra - the space of all possibilities and infinite potential. The crown chakra is represented by the star on top of the Christmas tree - as it is responsible for fully illuminating all the other lights beneath it.
