I'm not 100% sure, but I feel it is my ego or lower self that is pulling me back into feeling of depression etc. I keep feeling alright and then really down; last night I kept hearing a voice saying that I was going to die and kept scaring me, telling me I was going to choke and then I did over water, it was like listening to the voice made it happen, I heard a higher voice say it was just my Ego dying lol then I felt ok again, so it is confusing but I do notice this pattern within myself, need to figure it out :(
