OBE caused by a dream?

Hi so when I wake up some mornings at first I can move, then my body tries to freeze up and ill sometimes hear a frequency in my ears or have immense energy in my forehead, today this was triggered by a dream I had. This person (positive) was a spiritual person and we looked into each others eyes and they connected like magnets, through his eyes I could see space and stars, then I woke up and a few seconds later my body tried to freeze up.
I haven't actually let me body do what it wants, I've had to fight it off every time, what do you think? Any comments would be so welcoming as this is all new to me :)

Fascinating. I wasn't clear on what is it you are fighting off?
It's good you're not reporting any fear.
I wonder if you're talking about sleep paralysis ...there sure is a lot of info online.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

sleep paralysis is not a disease. When you have inexperience with astral projection you confuse this for something else. Look, whenever the body at the first times whie you wake up from a dream and feel paralysed, you must simply
relax and let it happen. It can be confusing at first times, after lucid dreams, out of body experiences are more common and perfectly normal.

Go where ever you want to go. Using your INTENT is key to astral projection. You can basicly go anywhere in the whole universe. except planets where your intelligence level isn't equal to. But for me, I can go everywhere :)

what if I want to immediately go back into my body? Also how do I protect myself from negative entities as I hear it can be dangerous?

Also what do you think about the person in the dream whose eye I connected with?

I find it kind of silly when people draw a line between the "natural" phenomenon of sleep paralysis and the "supernatural" phenomenon of astral projection. There is no hard fast line between secular and spiritual, natural or supernatural; the supernatural is simply a natural force we don't yet understand. We're all spiritual beings living a human experience. :) Even if you're "just" experiencing sleep paralysis, an "imbalance" of hormones and neurotransmitters affecting the connection between body and mind, those factors predispose you to certain other "paranormal" events. But rest assured, this is perfectly normal!

Says I, who freaks the heck out when these things happen....
