Hello
Greetings all. Allow me to introduce myself.
I'm a scientifically minded, middle aged man who, despite logic, reason and evidence suggesting otherwise, cannot rid myself of a "itch" which makes me keep searching for "God".
I like the literature of many religions and mythologies, which I see as allegorical for the most part - attempts by early man to explain the world and his place in it.
I cannot follow any formal religion as I disagree with many of their beliefs and teachings, although all have some parts which I can accept (love one another seems to be key too all faiths and I can certainly agree to that).
Anyway, thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting you all on the forums.
