A ghost following me?
I have been informed that a man I have seen through meditation and dreams who I thought was my guardian angel is in fact not but a ghost, and that I have to be careful who I connect with because they could be good or bad, and to only see good I have to be completely bright inside which I am not. I came to call this spirit John, but I am now wondering if John is a separate entity from the man I see through meditation and dreams because when I am with the man I don't feel any negative feelings, but once I did feel the presence of someone not good and I'm starting to think that THAT was John. But I am not sure this is all new to me. If anyone could offer any advice or guidance it would be much appreciated.

You need a medium to help you communicate with this John entity so you can determinate who and what he is. Then you will be better informed as to whether allow him to hang around, or ask him to leave, or make him leave by any means necessary. I would hesitate to say that this John is the negative being you sensed that time, unless their energies feel the same. After all the spirit word is all around us. Unfortunately I can't communicate with spirits myself that way so I will have to suggest you look for a medium with at least some experience.

If you don't want to have 'John' around you, you can always ask him to leave although I agree with WhiteWarrior that it would be a good idea if you could find a medium to help you.

Hello, Lauren and welcome. John is like a ghost not your guardian angel. You'd be very care about creatures are you're connecting with because not all of them are good and positive. To see only positive ones you need to be clear and bright inside of you and now you are not. Good luck.
