Thanks for the link Morpheus, looks interesting, will dive into it soon, hope it's not too technical i'm not left hemisphere thinking oriented, but it seems to be laid out in layman's terms so will give it a read.

News story from California in Sept 2011. Anchor reads couple emails from witnesses then followed by some lengthy footage of the UFO/s in question. They give a list of several different towns in Cali which reported similar sightings around the same time. One of them was green as well apparently. Then in this same youtube vid is another news story from Phoenix after the footage.

Regarding various contradictory statements from NASA...
If you want Truth on these things, you don't go to the government related agency, or the contractors thereto.
But, there are exceptions, regarding leaking of information.

I agree there is a strong possibility this is the case, the government would be stupid not to investigate the phenomena in my opinion, and depending on who you believe supposedly they have been doing just that. Of course some go far beyond that with their claims. I have a hard time envisioning any official substantial admittances being made. I think these 'there is a possibility of life on other planets' statements are in some small measure progress though. And maybe something where due to space exploration and the technological advances in telescopes that such statements would be inevitable eventually. I won't get into the Drake equation, however valid that is or not, I'm not sure.

Here is an astronomer speaking in an interview on RT News who, to me at least, says seemingly quite similar things, to the effect that alien life exists, but none of them/it has ever been to Earth.

Apologies if that last video was boring, i myself did not make it through the whole thing, but it was topical so repeating again my intentions to cover a wide array of different angles from the news, i include it in the interest of being thorough.

Here are a couple articles (might actually be same article actually) from the associated press and yahoo news about an incident at a Tel Aviv airport, a ufo sighting shuts down the airport momentarily, and this come right on the heels of a recent drone being shot down days before in the same area. From Oct. 10th of this year, (which is yesterday, as of posting this.)

Story of alleged military bunker explosion with many witness reports of strange meteors and lights streaking across the sky prior to- and i believe also after- if i understand correctly, the explosion. Some strange media contradictions in some of the reports are alleged, including a major outlet using parts of a story from 2006 in this new story, two postponed press conferences, denial and prevention of both the police and fire department from going on the scene and some other things.

I got this from another forum where i get a lot of my ufo related info from.

This is pretty extraordinary story actually, and i'd love to hear any members who might live near the area to share anything if they have felt this explosion, which supposedly rocked buildings and even blowing out some windows from a far distance away. Also reported is a 7000 foot mushroom cloud...

Of note towards some possible connection is the fact that only a week or so ago a similar incident occurred at a Russian military installation, a bunker explosion as well. May post some links regarding that incident in the future, as well as some links that report the actual sightings of the fireballs and the light in the sky. I have read some news reports and also witness reports separately in several different places.

Just to mention also, i have read other reports where people say they clearly saw a meteor like object, and also a white light in the sky, the story above mentions something about fire sparks above a tree line which is more ambiguous in terms of a sighting; i will see if i can dig up some other witness reports.

I also recommend watching the one from Hollywood California recently as compelling and entertaining video from the reaction of the witnesses and also the actual footage. I won't link it due to some foul language on the vid, but a youtube search should bring it up fairly easily for anyone interested.

Another one is from New Jersey, also a triangle sighting, again though due to bad language i won't link it. That one may be hard to find but a youtube search should also bring it up, it was from a couple months or so ago.

Gary Mckinnon's extradition to the U.S. has been blocked recently, here is a short story on that. It is relevant to the thread because Mckinnon claimed to have come across some alien/ufo related material when he hacked into some USA Defense/military type files & computers. Here is that story from RT News, as well as a snippet from wikipedia explaining the UFO connection.

In his interview with the BBC, he also claimed of "The Disclosure Project" that "they are some very credible, relied-upon people, all saying yes, there is UFO technology, there's anti-gravity, there's free energy, and it's extraterrestrial in origin and [they've] captured spacecraft and reverse engineered it." He said he investigated a NASA photographic expert's claim that at the Johnson Space Center's Building 8, images were regularly cleaned of evidence of UFO craft, and confirmed this, comparing the raw originals with the "processed" images. He claimed to have viewed a detailed image of "something not man-made" and "cigar shaped" floating above the northern hemisphere, and assuming his viewing would be undisrupted owing to the hour, he did not think of capturing the image because he was "bedazzled", and therefore did not think of securing it with the screen capture function in the software at the point when his connection was interrupted.
