Hello

Since it ties into things going missing I will share a bit about "Joe" . The land I live on is the former Railway Works Yard. As the land was contaminated it had to sit vacant for a long long time before something again could be re built on it. As too it ties to the Railway days the city wanted to make sure that some "Herritage" was kept. That has been I feel maintained on some levels.

We moved in and right off things started to go missing but only things of gold or silver, so watches and rings ext. Knowing that most times simply asking for it back one would find it again the next AM. So nothing ever stayed missing of value.

The kids would talk about a well smelly and rubbby man, would say he needed a shave and a bath rather badly. They could see him more clearly at the time than I, and he would tell them how happy he was to come back and see life here again. BUT no trains sadly. So I too started to look into whom this man might well be. The kids called him "Railway Joe" . What I found was "Jack" a drifter man that very little was known on. He died on this site. Was so heartbroken that the Railway was to be gone he simply died from heartbreak. He was a drifter a rubby man, no family and no known last name. Just "Jack". He would do odd jobs on the lines and lived on the trains from what we understand. Given that hand up by those around. Me kids say very much the modern day "Bag Man".

He tells stories of panning for his fortue but never finding it, about riding the rails. Very much the life of a drifter til he landed here. Here in the city I live he finally found that sort of home. When our houses were built he had MORE houses and one's to visit and of course more GOLD lol to borrow.

It was funny when our next door moved in, he was telling me husband about his Gold retirement watch going missing from the kitchen counter. Me mate goes talk to the wife she is a Medium she can explain. WELL they were not the most receptive one's at first to me well being me. LOL up went the wind chimes....to ward of well "ME" so up went some form me LOL with Moon's and Stars ext on them....Like most times does not take long for one's to see I am quite normal and he asked on his watch. I said simply as "Joe" for it back and sure enough the next AM it was on the kitchen counter. As more moved in here more came to me to ask on missing items. I finally told "Joe" as did the kids he was welcomed here and welcome to say but please no more theaft. Move something but to not take it fully.

The Railway Station is up the road from me and we held a Mediumship workshope in it and there in the hallways was an old rocking chair. This one participant came running into get me saying there was a "BUM" sitting in the chair. That I had to tell him to leave. I walked out thinking OK I cna deal with this to find "JOE" sitting there. This time the person could not see him but I still could. I explained WHOM he was and he would wonder in and out of our workshoppe. We would "SMELL" him first.

Like so many spirits they are crossed over and they are happy but they too sitll like those human interactions. The kids I feel brough him in and he has been here off and on some 7 year's now. Most that live here simply embrace his pressence.

There is the tale of "Joe" or "Jack" . Blessed to have him around us.

Railway Joe's story is fascinating. He sure loves human interactions. Thanks for sharing!
