I would change my feet (but I'd like to keep my arch). After 14 years of ballet, they are beyond used and abused.
Other than that, I agree with Kaere... most things that I want to change I can change, and probably will change at some point.

I would change my passive nature. I wish I was a little more outgoing. I'm very (a little bit too) reserved and rigid. I'm trying to break out of my shell, though. =)

yeah, I think its great to be outgoing because there is so much to learn from one another..lol..

I'd want greater wisdom.
Failing that, I'd want my eyesight (which is starting to degrade due to being 45 years old) to become sharper without any need for glasses or contact lenses.
Edited to add:
I've never had a good memory. I think that near the top of my list would be a much improved memory.

Yeah getting older is just weird... I froze up when I saw a grey hair.. couldnt figure out if I should color the one hair or pull it out.lol..
