Is "bumping into" someone linked to LoA?
I've always wondered if bumping into someone significant has something to do with you manifesting them or vice versa. Or had it got something to do with synchronicity?
I've also questioned whether it has something to do with vibrating and similar frequencies or something along the lines?
Especially bumping into someone more than once in a day. Surely this must have something to do with LoA?

I personally believe everything is created by us.
It can be unconscious or conscious.
So, there you have my take.

Ah, thank you. Much appreciated.
I must admit I'm very attracted to a particular person I had in mind. Perhaps I manifested them somehow or the universe is telling me something. |

Does the metal ''want'' to move towards the magnet?
I dunno.
The magnet has a pull...the metal can't help it.
Turn that around and you have the money in the bank that just 'is'...
the bank robbers are drawn to it. 
I feel what I want or desire is asked for or presented to the Universe
and expected and allowed to manifest.
So I draw these things to me...by my wanting and expecting....and aligning with that which I
want mainly by being happy about it's coming.
Does the person want to bump into me or has my guide tapped that person
in their sleep and said ...Go to that room at noon ( where I'll be)?
I have ...I mean the Universe has 'manifested' the exact dog I pictured and wanted for me...along
with people I didn't realize I wanted in my life ...but my subconscious mind just manifested them.

Most people walk around like Mr. McGoo, bumping into things...they are not deliberate creators.
If you read the Abraham books it is very clear on the whole LOA thing.
