Adding people to my skype group

Hey, I am trying to find people people to build my skype group who believe in angels. I do not want to step on any toes with the forum but I would like to find people on the forum who might be interested. How can I go about this without violating any rules and where would I post it? The focus I am trying to achieve is people who believe in angels but I am very open to adding other people of different beliefs as well. The purpose of the group is just to find like minded people who can relate to each other and have casual conversation, also I will open the group up to people who want to do angel readings. Any info you can provide would be much appreciated.
