Well, googled the origin of the expression "long in the tooth":-

Long in the tooth - means: old, aged
It is a 19th Century expression that comes from the barnyard. As a horse gets older, its gums move back and the teeth appear longer. This expression was eventually passed on to humans!

Buzz - so your receding gums theory is bang on the money!

(If you still wanna play vampires...hey it's almost Halloween anyway!)

i agree. The overall picture i get is the dream is a composite of all areas of my life, offline, online, the various relationships, my personal inner journey.

My first port of call is the right leg thing.
