Weird spirit guide meditation and weird dream afterwards...help?

Hey Skye, thank you for those words. I did indeed google them, and found out I've heard something similar to those phenomena. But the difference in my experience is that I can feel my body the same time when I can imagine myself walking at a beach...I'm aware of where I am and where my mind is, so I'm not in a sleep/wake state, I'm just in a wake/meditate state. Anyway, thank you for bringing up this aspect to this conversation :)

I very much enjoyed reading your post. What it means...I dunno..it probably will become clearer in time. In the meantime, I hope you are keeping a journal on all this..it could turn into quite a fascinating novel!! I certainly would read it!!

No, please don't be offended. It was fascinating to read. I've always have enjoyed reading fantasy and science fiction and your dreams very well could be the start of a really good novel.
